I do enjoy the book, and find the yoga poses beneficial, however, I will admit to haveing skipped sections, fully planning on returning to them.
There are discriptions of other's situations, and testimonials, as well as stories from the writer of her own personal experience. It is encouraging to hear of others who have overcome similar conditions and issues to live normal lives.
If you want just the poses, without the additions, then you must flip through the pages to near the back, but I do recommend reading at least part of the chapters ahead. It is best to fully understand why you do certain things if you want to get the most benefit.
